At Receipt Level
Receiving Inventory Dr (Asset)---------- it goes to Balance Sheet
Inventory Ap accrual Cr (Expense)------it P&L
At Invoice level
Inventory AP Accrual Dr (Expense)------P&L
Supplier Liability Cr (Liability)-------------Balance Sheet
At Payment Level
