Costing for Employer Liabilities for Tips

Need to assign a different cost center for earnings than for employer liabilities

Using Cloud Payroll and trying to figure out how to set up costing for a supplemental earnings elements where the actual earnings get charged to a different cost center than the associated employer liabilities such as taxes and 401K employer match.  Currently the employer liabilities are costed based on distributed costing.  We need the employer liabilities to be costed to the employee's home department.  Suggestions?
