How to bulk upload data access sets for all users in one time?

Hi dear experts,

We want to upload data access sets, for a specific role to all users. There are 1500+ users in the system so we want to do it in one time import. Is it possible for now? and how can we do it?

I know there is an "Authorize Data Access" excel spreadsheet but it allows for only one user as I tried in many ways. I've added new rows and columns with different user names but nothing changes.

If you have this kind of requirement or experience I would be grateful to hear your cases.
