Unable to edit hire date under enterprise category on manage work relationship page

Hi All,

We need to edit hire date under enterprise category on manage work relationship page, however it is not editable the field.

Does someone know if there is a way to edit the hire date under enterprise category?

Our business is saying we use to be able to update this field in previous cycles i.e. 19a, but it not possible anymore.

Our current system version: 19d
