Summary

Are there GDPR restrictions on keeping a local database of Candidates ?

External Candidates can submit their Candidate profile, along with their inclinations/interests, These details can be used later on Job Requisitions that match with their profile/experience.  This seems like it could be a GDPR issue.  Does anyone have any  thoughts on this ?
