Line Manager Assessment against Learner Self-EvaluationContent
In Learning, we want the option for line manager to do assessment against Learner Self-Evaluation. Please see the below steps to follow
Step 1 - Course is assigned to the employee
Step 2 - Employee completes the Course
Step 3 - Assignment created in the course by L&D Admin gets assigned to the Learner after the Course is completed
Step 4 - Employee Completes the Self Evaluation
Step 5 - Manager Completes the Employee evaluation against employee Self-Evaluation after 30-60 days (an alert/pop-up appears for the manager)
Step 6 - Average to be considered of both scores(Self-Evaluation & Line Manager Assessment)
