Making mail stops dependent on the chosen location?

Is there a way to map mail stops to a specific location so a manager could pick from a certain pool based on the location?

We started revamping our Manager Transactions and came across a section in Change Location that allows us to type in a location and mail stop. The issue is that most managers don't know the coworker's mail stop when they're changing that person's location. I'm curious if there is a way to map all of the mail stops at one location to that specific location? That way when the manager enters the location, they can then pick from a list of mail stops at the specified location.
