By default the seeded hiring manager role can access their own requisitions plus their direct reports.

However, when a hiring manager creates a requisition they need to select an organisation. In order to select an organisation in the hiring manager data role we need to add ie view all organisations but in the job requisition security profile we dont have the option to keep view own requisitions plus their direct reports, so how can we keep this option as we can only secure job requisition by AOR location/org/job/recruiting type ?
