Workflow Transactions Detail BI Report

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a report to fetch all the details of all workflow transactions going through approval. Is there a way to create a single report to extract all transactions (Add Pending worker/Change Salary/Change Work Hours etc.) that were submitted (Completed/Pending/Failed), along with the details of each transaction including the approvers and current assignees, and the data was entered when the transaction was submitted (These are the details from Review page that comes up before submitting the transaction).  For example, the report should have details of all type of transactions along with Current and Proposed Salary details (if
