Hi Everyone,
I would like to hear from others on how they are using candidate pools within ORC. Our client desires to purchase a CRM tool as a means to manage the prospect to candidate lifecycle including engagements, managing talent communities, and developing reporting on our sourcing efforts. I am not sure if I understand the full capabilities of candidate pools as they are today and the evolution of them within ORC. Can others share how they are using candidate pools today - cons and pros and how it it helping your proactive sourcing and candidate engagement strategies?
