Default value for field with a LOV

Hi, 

I wolud like to change the default value for the  'Use' field on Create Job Requisiton page. 
I tried with page composer but I'm not able to find the way, I don't find any setting that allows to set a default value for the field. 

Do you know how is possible to do this?
