Need to send job opportunties to people on long term leave

Can anyone suggest how we can take care of the requirement where employees are on long term leave and thus wont be accessing self service but we need to keep them posted of all the job openings in order to provide them equal opportunity as other employees. The employee wont necessarily have access to their official email address.

Any suggestions or ideas are welcome
