Can a DFF be added in job role data security?

We have a requirement in OLC wherein we need to restrict the access of  admins to courses that belong to their vertical only eg.. Admin A should see courses from vertical 1,2,3 only and not 5,6.

 

There is no standard functionality in OLC to map a course to a vertical/BU/LOB so we have created a DFF at course level to capture this data. We need to use this DFF on job role data security using SQL for restricting the access can you please let us know how this can be achieved?
