Document of Record in Approval Creating Template

I want to a .rtf template of Document of Record which status is pending approval

Hi All,

I need to crate a template of Document of Record with using sql. I used "HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD" this table but there is a fault.

I want to come all documents are in all status from user created before. I can not see any record document is in pending approval

I am searching table name of Document of Record which status is Pending Approval but cannot find.

Which table are we proper for that proces? Can you give me a table name about this?
