I am seeing the code NN when running the Person Benefits Diagnostic Test and am not sure what that means.  Has anyone else seen this code, and know how I can get rid of it and replace with a valid Row 16 Value.  If we attempt to load via the ACA Override spreadsheet, you can only enter code 2C and that is not appropriate.

So I must pinpoint how this code is getting set, and the actions I need to take to get rid of it.
