Approval flow when the direct manager withdraw the employee from a learning item

Hello,

Do you know if it is possible to define an approval flow when the direct manager withdraw the employee from a learning course or offering?

In the implementation guide (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/20a/faiml/implementing-learning.pdf) there is  this sentence "Learning Assignment Withdraw Approval - use this transaction to require approvals before learners can withdraw from a course, offering, and specialization assignment". I don't understand if it is possible to define an approval process when a manager withdraw the employee from a learning item or if the approval flow is specific for employee requests.
