Disable Mass Action Learners Button

Hi all,

Does anyone have hidden the Mass action button into the learners assignment section?

We have tried to disable the function removing permission ad policies to the role, unfortunately without success. 

I am thinking that probably it is a default button without the correlated possibility to be hidden regarding the role. 

Have you ever had this problem? Do you know how to resolve it?
