Hi,

Regarding Multiple Assignments and Maternity Absence - UK Legislation.

Employee have two assignments and both have M-F work Schedules with Standard working Hours 37.5 and Normal Working Hours 37.5 in Assignment

When we have have entered the Maternity Absence, System is generating SMP Payments duplicated day.

As employee eligible for 39 Weeks of SMP Payment, which makes 273 days, But system is generating employee entitled to 546 days (= 273 *2 )

 

How to avoid the duplicated SMP Payments results on other assignment?

 

Please do assist
