Translate system sentences

Hello Guys,

I need to translate some labels and sentences in the system. I'm Using the User Interface Text, But I m not able to find this sentences ( see the screenshot). Is there another way to proceed in order to execute this translation?

We want translate:

"Proporcione comentarios finales sobre su evaluación."  ---to---> Confirma que has revisado la información y da tu feedback final

"Al hacer clic en este cuadro, verifico que soy [Worker-Name] ---to---> Al hacer clic en esta casilla, confirmo que estos conforme con este documento.
