Trying to capture date requisitions were first posted

I am trying to capture the date requisitions were first posted but my report does not work when some requisitions are scheduled.  I created a report that will pull how many requisitions were created in a week.  I run the report for last week (Feb. 10 to Feb 16) but there were a few requisitions that were scheduled on Feb 6th to be posted on Feb 10 so of course they do not appear on this report, how do I make sure that they are included but that they do not appear in two separate reports?
