EITs hidden but page still visible

EITs hidden through page customization but part is still visible

I am trying to hide all the 'protected' EITs through a page customisation (through page components in edit). The titles on the left hand side are indeed hidden, but for the first one the information on the right hand side of the page is still visible. Please see attached screenprint.

What did I miss of how can I hide this part as well?
