Unable to add prerequisites in learning. "Add Content" button is unresponsive.

It was brought to my attention that when trying to add a prerequisite to a course in MyLearning the "Add Content" button does nothing. I was able to replicate the issue in the test and production environment and with several different courses. Wondering if this is a known issue or if there might be a way to re-enable the functionality.
