Analysis or Report not returning any results

I'm hoping there is something obvious I'm not doing right, but every time I try and run an Analysis or Report in BI Publisher, it returns No Results as per the screenshot below.

I've loaded Workforce Structures to my test environments and want to return these in a report format (Positions, Departments etc), but can't seem to run these datasets in BI.

I have a feeling that it's more to do with access and roles within security - this isn't my strong point and I have done very little customisation in here, so if there is a role I need to customise, would be good to know what other people have done.
