In many areas of the Oracle HCM Modules you have the ability to attach documents to workflows to give users the ability to view documents associated with the action. But after the action is completed what happens to the attached document? For example, when a user submits a name change request that has an approval workflow associated, they are then asked to attach a document to validate the name change occurred. The attachment stays within the workflow but when it's complete, where does it go and where can it be viewed? And also, this is a sensitive document with personal information
