Warning message on the click of Close button on the manage employment page

Hi All,

When we are doing search an employee in the Person Management and then open the employment page. And on the employment when we are clicking the "Close" button its shows a warning message that is the client doesn't want. Review the attached screenshot.

I have disabled the profile option that is HCM_SAVE_CHANGES_WARNING_ENABLED but still, I am getting the warning message.

Please advise how can we stop this warning message.
