Need your experience in using HCM Extract

Need approximately size if we want to backup data using HCM Extract monthly

Hi,

We have a client which want to backup their HCM Data in Cloud every month. We never use HCM Extract before, but we hear that this is used to backup HCM Data. We have a few questions:

1. Are we able to backup all HCM Data such as Person, Assignment, Salary, Absence Transaction, etc using HCM Extract?

2. What is the approximately size we need if we have around 10.000 employees and we will employment all modules in HCM except payroll and benefit?
