Terminated Work Relationship, Auto Approval didn't Occur, Not Able to Take Further Action

I terminated emp's work relationship yesterday. Didn't auto approve as usual. Possible to (re)submit the request?

I terminated the work relationship of an employee yesterday as of 1/10/20. The steps I followed were

Navigator>Person Management>Actions>Manage Work Relationship>Actions>Terminate
enter Notification Date 01/10/2020
enter Termination Date 01/10/2020
Hit "Review"

At that point, I believe I hit "Submit" but it's possible that I accidentally hit "Save" which is why the termination is in limbo. Usually, the submission is auto-approved by the system and I receive a confirmation email indicating this.

If I go to her work relationship now the "Actions" list is greyed out (not enabled) and I cannot do anything further to her work relationship.
