Hi all,

We've noticed some learners across a number of courses who show as complete at course level, but the offering associated with the course (which is also marked as complete) is showing as Cancelled/Withdrawn.

We experienced an issue in 19D when learners enrolled via a learning initiative were subsequently removed overnight and we learned this was due to a erroneous scheduled process running in the background. Our initial thoughts were this process had affected other learning assignments but when viewing the individual records, the withdrawal dates don't marry up with the issue we had. The issue also only affected incomplete assignments whereas now existing, complete assignments are being withdrawn.
