We have approval in place for resignation and have also configured checklists for the same for employee, manager and HR which is all working fine. The issue is that these checklist are getting allocated after the approval and we want it to be allocated before the approval the moment the action is submitted by the employee, please let me know if there is any way if handling this requirement.
