I'm working in the Job Alerts but I have some questions that I hope someone from the community can respond.

  1. Do someone have some extra documentation about Job Alerts, I'm not getting how they work, for example if I got suscribed to the Job alert what is trigerring the email, the Job Posting?
  2. If I want to change the Job Alert message and I want to force the email to be triggered how can I do that?
  3. I'm also concern that Job Alerts are triggered in lower environments when we are doing testing, any clue how we can validate that?
