Pay aggregates - business use cases

I would like to know what are the current capabilities of the HCM Cloud solution (in Compensation/Workforce Compensation & Global Payroll Interface) to respond to pay aggregates needs that clients might have in different countries.
1. What are the most common Pay aggregates that are generally used: Guaranteed pay, Variable Pay, Benefits, Stocks (Shares), ...?
2. If only Guaranteed Pay is stored in HCM and the other pay elements at Payroll level what is the best way to fetch them in HCM (interface, reporting, etc.)?
