Dear experts,

We are experiencing an issue with the Payroll Interface Inbound Records interface. 
We get the following error: Another row exists with the same value entered for Element Name. Enter a unique value. (FND-2906)

We found the root of this issue: that's because of Payroll Interface Inbound Record EFF segment Element Name is defined as a Unique Key.
We cannot change it as the EFF structure is protected against edits.
But I completely disagree that Element Name should be defined as a Unique Key.
