Workflow Approvals: Issue with FYI Notification

Summary

Hi All,

We have a scenario where we have to set 4th and 5th Level of manager as FYI.

Below is the scenario:

When B submits transaction for A it works fine.

1. A reports to-->B reports to-->C reports to-->D reports to->E reports to-->F

But the issue is when D submits any transaction for C, the transaction fails as it is unable to find 4th and and 5th level of manager.

Can anyone please advice how can this scenario be handled?
