Hiding Quick Actions from Home Page also hides in other places

Hi All,

We have a requirement where our customer wants to hide Quick Actions from News Feed/Home Page.

I tried hiding QA from Structure level, Me-->Quick Actions tab-->Personal Infor-->Made Visible No the individual Quick Actions.

But when i go to Me-->Personal information icon (not Quick Action, the main icon on Dashboard under Me), it also hides from there. We want this to be be here but not on Home Page Quick Actions.

Is there a way to achieve this?
