Duplicate Element Entries

Element entries for employees are appearing twice

Hi,

Please see attached XML file/

If an employee has more than one element entry then that will appear on a second line which is fine, however, why these are then being duplicated in the report - any ideas on how to stop this?

Would Select Distinct work? If yes it would be good to see it added here, I could then use it similar scenarios in the future.
