We have uncovered a situation with the ethnicity selections in Oracle, and I’m wondering if it’s working as intended.  The ethnicity categories are created by the government and are used for EEO reporting; therefore, the functionality should only allow one category selection per person.  An employee may want to go back in and select a different category, but they should still only be able to select one.  We are on 19D, and in the Personal Details page, the selection is a checkbox, so an employee can select more than one category.  It seems that the selectors should be radio buttons so
