Issues Viewing Published Videos created by Learners

We are testing out the ability for learners to add videos and tutorials from Me>Learning>Actions. 

The video loads and is published and other learners can click on it, but:

• Sometimes the same video plays and sometimes it does not – it does not appear to be the video itself.
• When the video does not play, the video area is black (there might be a loading icon in the middle) and then the video area flickers uncontrollably and stays that way for as long as you have the screen up.
• You’re not able to play/pause/stop the video. Then when you reload the entire browser tab it does the same thing again.
