Roles for Payroll Manager

Using seeded Payroll Manager and Payroll Admin roles but cannot see Manage Banks

Hi!  We recently implemented using seeded roles and our Payroll Manager is unable to see Manage Banks and Manage Bank Branches.  Does anyone know what role those tasks are visible to in seeded roles?
