Hi Community:
Ex-employees have reported the error message described & depicted below appearing during the external apply flow when they enter their phone number in the candidate application. The candidates are unable to proceed with the application with a value in the phone number field, when it matches a phone number on their person record (regardless if primary or non-primary), and so we have advised them to leave this field blank in order to proceed with the application process.
Error message: "This phone number is already used. You can log in using that phone number to reuse your data or, you can enter a different phone number."
