Email address not accepted in scheduled BI Publisher report

Hi,

A colleague is trying to schedule a report but he is unable to enter an email address that includes an &.

The email address in question is Travel&Fleet@savethechildren.org.uk

The error message he receives is attached. It says the following:

hcri.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com says

Missing or Invalid Domain Name

(Travel&Fleet@savethechildren.org.uk). Example: name@domain.com

Are these characters allowed? Is this a known issue?
