Hi All,

Smart View - Options in Smartveiw pain are not appearing or grayed out.

I have un-installed smartview and restarted the laptop and again reinstalled, but the issue not resolved. please refer to the attachments. 

Smartview Version - 11.1.2.5.910 (Build 172).

Could someone please guide me on this.
