Fields available on the Employment Info Page

Hello,

We are in 20a and in the process to adapt Responsive pages for all flows.

We are investigating Employment Info page and there are some fields available on HCM Design Studio for this flow which we are not understanding where this is coming from and the the rationale for the field. 

The fields are: (attached the screenshot)

  • Proposed Person Type
  • Person ID (it not any of our Person Identifiers for External Applications type)
  • Step
  • Projected Termination Date (not available on termination flow)
  • Date

 

I have looked at "HCM Responsive User Experience Setup Information For 18C through 20A White Paper / January 29, 2020" but could not find any information to help to understand the proposal for those fields.
