Ability to lock timecards when running payroll

Need ability to block timecard changes while payroll process is running

When timecards are approved fro payroll processing they can still be editied at any time, including while payroll is being run.   We woudl like to see an option to lock timecards after they are approved until payroll is completed.   They can then be edited after payroll is run for retro payroll.   This would provide a stable time with no changes being made to timecards.
