Data Status is changed to Impact for the locked Period

Dear Experts,
Does anyone has an idea why the Data Status is changed to Impact for the locked Period (in our case ,Jan-18 as the attached screenshot) for some entities after the April upgradation? I think the data status should not be changed for the periods which have been locked. This is unreasonable. Consequently, when a Consolidation is run, the data status change makes the system want to consolidate January 2018 yet it fails to do so as January 2018 is locked. Furthermore, when I tried to unlock these periods but I get error
