AND condition in the RTF is not working as expected

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with rtf template. We have a conditional region with condition

<?if:EMP_ARABIC_INFO='Yes' AND JOB_ARABIC_INFO='Yes' AND DEI_ATTRIBUTE1!='NA' AND TOTAL !=0 AND NAT_ARABIC_INFO='Yes'?>

In the first two parameter cases it is working as expected, but when DEI_ATTRIBUTE1!='NA' this condition is false it is not working.

When I checked individually, everything is working as expected. Am I doing anything wrong in the condition region? Kindly help
