In our previous ATS (Taleo) we had extensive auto-progression rules built into the Candidate Selection Workflow.  One of the first rules checked if a candidate was an ACE candidate based on the Requirements set on the Prescreening Questions.  As this changed per Requisition, it was a simple case of defining what an ACE candidate would be on the Req, and the fact the candidate met those requirements to be flagged as ACE meant they were auto-progressed.

In ORC, the concept of an ACE candidate does not exist.  We can score prescreening questions, but given the questions will change from Req to Req, and therefore the possible scores, we cannot build a certain score threshold into the CSP as the auto-progression rule as it will always change depending on the situation.
