Learning assignment rules: exclude some person numbers

Hi All,

We need to create some rules to assign learning courses where we have to include all employees belonging to a specific Business unit but to exclude some person numbers. How can I satisfy this requirement?

I know that I can create a learning assignment and in the step 2 (select learners) I can create a rule using the Person criteria functionality. I don't know how can I exclude some person numbers (except by withdrawing people from courses).
