Responsive UI : Deleting the mailing address from ESS throws error

Responsive UI : Deleting the mailing address from ESS throws error saying 'you can't delete this primary mailing address...' even though it is not a PRIMARY mailing address.

Hello,

ON RESPONSIVE UI : From ESS :

1. Initially the Home Address was marked as Primary.

2. Later from ESS added one more address type of Permanent address and marked it as Primary. 

3. Now Home address is not appearing as Primary (after following #1 and #2). 

4. When we clicked on Edit for Home Address. 

5. And try to delete the same i.e. Home Address. 

6. It throws error.

It does not allow to delete the address which is no longer a primary mailing address and still treating it as primary email address as per error.
