Home> My Client Groups> Quick Actions>Hire An Employee. 

we have 2 Hire Action codes - Hire and  Conversion in classic version. now we do not see Action field at ' When and Why'  screen. Only reasons (Why Are you hiring an Employee  drop down) .  it is by default picking up one Action - Conversion ( i guess, as we do not see on screen) and defaulting corresponding action reason. But we also want to have an option to choose Hire actions.   we will use it depending on scenario. 

How to get the Action field at 'When and Why'  nux screen?  How to get Action code  'Hire' by default, ?
