Can't open the learning catalog, Catalog Resources tabs

Hi,

Anyone can help me to sort out this issue.

After the transferring to the production environment I can’t open the catalog resources & Learning catalog pages. When I click on the this, its indicate the error message” You cannot this page because no person ID exists for your user name”After the transferring to the production environment I can’t open the catalog resources & Learning catalog. When I click on the this, its indicate the error message” You cannot this page because no person ID exists for your user name”
